In the summer of 2018, the Human Resources Department of Cobel Darou decided to promote a culture of internal communication in order to strengthen and refine the brand’s professional identity within organizational behaviors.

To achieve this, a series of visual illustrations were planned under several key themes, aimed at emphasizing responsibility and proper social conduct in the workplace.
A bee character was chosen as the central visual element, symbolizing collaboration, teamwork, and precision—values closely aligned with the company’s culture.
The result was a collection of educational and informative posters that, while remaining faithful to the brand’s visual identity, effectively conveyed organizational messages and values.
