The first pull-up diaper in Iran

The launch event of My Baby pull-up diapers was held in Iran in August 2019. This event was commissioned by Zarrin Roya Company, the parent company of the My Baby brand.

The pull-up gala took place at Rayzen Convention Center and included various sections such as product introduction and presentation of its features, interactive digital stands, a children’s play area, hospitality tables, and more.
Numerous influencers were invited to attend the launch event together with their children. In addition, several gift packs were prepared for the event, including colored pencils, crayons, and branded cushions and so.

The event artworks were designed based on the main concept that “the child can now…”, conveying the idea that the child has gained the ability to perform different activities and has developed a sense of self-awareness.

Another exclusive gift prepared for influencers was a special gold necklace featuring the My Baby logo. Custom-designed shopping bags with heart-shaped cut-outs inspired by the My Baby logo were also presented to attendees, along with folders containing flyers and various informational materials about the brand and the new product.

Interactive stands are widely used in events. These media provide audiences with the opportunity to independently and personally explore product features or access event-related information without the need to approach staff or guides.

By creating an interactive experience, these stands increase audience engagement and contribute to better message retention. Moreover, interactive stands help optimize the information flow and reduce the workload of the event staff. Ultimately, they play a significant role in delivering a modern, professional, and user-centered event experience.

The interactive stand was also a key element of this launch event, as it allowed visitors to access digital brochures highlighting the features of the new product, as well as educational content related to child behavior across different developmental stages relevant to the product’s target age group. These stands were designed as freestanding digital kiosks with multiple menus providing access to various sections.

In another area, live musicians played instruments such as violin and bass violin, accompanied by banners featuring illustrations of parents and children and the call-to-action slogan: “You are the melody of my life.”
The venue entrance was decorated with floral arrangements and a lightbox logo, while the ceilings were adorned with balloons in the event’s corporate colors. During the opening ceremony, while the Iranian national anthem was played, the Iranian flag was incorporated into the event’s corporate visual designs.

The celebration cake table was also designed using the event’s corporate color palette and included a main cake alongside cupcakes. At the appropriate time, company executives joined the stage for the cake-cutting ceremony, officially opening the event, followed by filming and documentation.
